 Join 200 movers and shakers from Chicago’s middle market for an evening of food, fun, and philanthropy benefiting After-School All-Stars Chicago. Guests will enjoy artisan food tastings, local craft beers, and an exclusive networking event for middle market deal makers. Once confirmed, please provide the following:


  • 200 tasting portions - approval of what will be offered to attendees required in order to avoid duplicate food or beverage items
  • Optional: VIP Tasting Experience, including an additional food or beverage item with tasting portions for up to 40 people (5:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.)
  • 1 raffle item: gift card, branded item (such as a t-shirt or baseball cap), gift basket, private tour, private cooking lesson, etc.
  • 1-2 staff to man the “booth” (bring additional staff so you may take shifts, explore the room and enjoy the event)
  • Optional: Printed/branded materials and displays (coupons, menus, business cards)
  • Extension cords (please let us know if you will use electricity at your “booth”)
  • For food or beverage vendors: A copy of your certificate of insurance (naming mHUB as an additional insured), which must be received no later than May 18, 2018
  • For food vendors only: A copy of your Catering License, which must be received no later than May 18, 2018
  • High-resolution logo for inclusion on event promotional materials
  • Please note: All deliveries at the venue may be received between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm the day prior to or day of the Event. Please include ASAS Bites and Brew Fundraiser and Crystal Phillips-Pierce as the main point of contact for all deliveries. Please make sure your business is listed on the delivery, as well. All rental equipment and remaining food or beverages must be removed no later than noon on the following business day.



What will be provided for confirmed sponsors:


  • 200 attendees
  • Business logo/name recognition in promotional and event materials, including event “map” and passport booklet
  • Hyperlinked business logo/name recognition on event website
  • Press release
  • Verbal recognition at event Recognition on social media channels
  • Signage for your booth (can supply your own, if preferred)
  • Kitchen with large refrigerator, 3 microwaves and counter space (shared between all vendors)
  • (2) 6-foot tables (a display table and a prep table)
  • Tablecloths for each table (can supply your own, if preferred)
  • Dishes and utensils appropriate for your drink/dish (ex: cups, plates, bowls, forks, spoons, napkins) (can supply your own, if preferred)
  • 2 complimentary tickets for you to bring 2 guests (in addition to those staffing the event)
